A Tale of art, beauty, greed, and deception... Spring tulip time feels like stepping into a living painting-rows of crimson, blush, ivory, and viloet stretching toward the sun. Yet behind their elegance lies a fascinating story of art, desire, and illusion. In the 1600's tulips inspired Dutch artists and collectors alike. During Tulip Mania, rare bulbs were traded for extraordinary sums-some worth more than homes. The most prized varieties, like, Semper Augustus, were treasured for their dramatic streaks of color-markings caused by a virus that made them both stunning and fragile. When speculation collapsed, fortunes vanished. The deception was never in the flower, but in human perception of value.

Today, tulips bloom simply for their beauty. Their brief, brilliant display reminds us to admire deeply, hold lightly, and welcome each new season with wonder rather than want.
